It means that your site has already been designed before-hand, and they are just waiting for you to call so they know what content and pictures to add to it. The problem is that they use a lot of the same templates over and over. Do they have a wide selection of templates? Yes. Do they have a different one for each person that calls? No. You be the judge. Is that good enough for you?
